Hatch Valley Chile Festival
Two day cleebration of the Hatch Valley's chile harvest,
held in Hatch, New Mexico, usually in September
Features events and activities such as chile tasting,
chile cooking demonstrations, a chile cook-off,
tractor pulls, a chile queen parade, a carnival,
and local arts and crafts.
Whole Enchilada Fiesta
Every Chef and event founder Robert Estrada makes a giant
enchilada at this annual celebration of New Mexico
traditions, foods, and culture. Other events and activities
include a parade, live entertainment, a car and motorcycle show,
carnival rides, and an arts and crafts market. One of the largest
events in New Mexico. Held event year in Las Cruces, new mexico,
usually in September.
