Cayos Cochinos Travel Guide
Information for visitors to Cayos Cochinos, a group of islands
south of Islas de la Bahia (the main Bay Islands) that is included
in the Bay Islands Department of Honduras.
The Cochinos islands are located about 30 kilometers northeast of the mainland Honduras port city of La Ceiba. The total land area of the islands is about 2 kilometers square and as of 2001 the total population on all the islands was 108.
